The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it clearly, and answered questions patiently. The technician also took the time to explain the importance of routine maintenance and proper air filter changes and winterizing our central Air Conditioning Unit to significantly extend the life of our unit. The technician had the parts needed to fix the issue immediately. The AC was up and running efficiently. Look how dirty our unit was which our previous HVAC company never cleaned.
